Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original VICIS packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all previous shipping labels are covered or removed from the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
